By clicking "I Agree," tapping "Accept," or signing electronically on the FinVerified platform, you consent to conduct business with us electronically.
This E-Sign Consent applies to all communications, agreements, disclosures, notices, and documents ("Communications") related to your use of the FinVerified platform, including but not limited to: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, compliance disclosures, financing option presentations, lender hand-off acknowledgments, and transaction receipts.
You agree that FinVerified may provide Communications to you electronically by: posting to your account dashboard; sending to the email address you provided; delivering via SMS to the mobile number you provided; or presenting within the platform interface (including Magic Link flows).
To access and retain electronic Communications, you need: a device with internet access (computer, tablet, or smartphone); a current web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge); an active email account; and the ability to download and save or print Communications. For SMS-delivered links, you need a mobile device with SMS and web access.
You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing hello@finverified.ai with subject "Withdraw E-Sign Consent." Withdrawal does not affect the legal validity of prior electronic Communications. After withdrawal, FinVerified may terminate your access to the platform or charge fees for paper delivery where applicable.
You must keep your email address and mobile number current in your account settings. FinVerified is not responsible for failed delivery if your contact information is outdated. Update your information at any time in your account dashboard or by contacting hello@finverified.ai.
You may request a paper copy of any Communication by emailing hello@finverified.ai with subject "Paper Copy Request" and specifying the document. We will provide paper copies at no charge for the first request per year; subsequent requests may incur a $10 processing fee.
Electronic signatures (clicking "I Agree," tapping a checkbox, typing your name in a signature field, or using a touchscreen signature pad) have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures under the federal E-Sign Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).
FinVerified retains electronic Communications for the periods specified in our Privacy Policy. You should download and save copies of important Communications for your records.
FinVerified may update this E-Sign Consent with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
