When you complete a FinVerified acknowledgment (such as a Magic Link disclosure), you confirm that your provider has: presented payment and financing options neutrally; not coerced you toward any specific option; provided accurate information about financing terms; and treated all options transparently. Your acknowledgment is a compliance record — it does not create a loan or payment obligation with FinVerified.
We process limited information (name, contact info, acknowledgment responses) to deliver the workflow. If your provider has executed a BAA with us, we may process limited PHI strictly as necessary. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
